We are a family-owned business with ambitious aspirations, aiming to make a positive impact on the current housing crisis in New Zealand by offering affordable homes for everyone.
Our primary focus is to create homes that provide a safe and warm environment – a place our homeowners can proudly call their own.
What began as humble origins constructing affordable premium cabins quickly evolved on a large scale due to the growing demand for our transportable homes that don’t compromise high standards, quality, or style. Throughout this journey, we have faced challenges, engaged in trial and error, and made refinements. The lessons learned have all contributed to the superior product that our dedicated team produces today.
We are now confidently positioned to manufacture transportable homes at scale - our team is ready to provide housing solutions across New Zealand.
- Mike & Katee
Mike & Katee are directors of the company. Together they have over 25 years of experience in the building trade; designing and building homes. Alongside growing the business, they are proud to be raising four young children.
After cyclone Gabrielle, the Central Build team built and delivered 80 homes between April and Dec 23, providing housing to flood-affected families through across the Napier and Gisborne regions.
Central Build will continue to help flood-affected areas and support communities in need.
